Keramital has been designing and manufacturing ceramic discs mixing valves in ITALY since 1994. The UNI EN ISO 9001 Quality System includes, in the design phase, a systematic control and test flow with regard to the standards for both dynamic (life) and static (pressure) tests performed in our in-house laboratory, equipped with the most advanced bench used today in industry for hydraulic components. Thanks to the integrated production chain, the professional training of operators involved in control, assembly and final test procedures, the design synergy with major manufacturers of sintered ceramic and lubricants and experience gained from the collaboration with particularly demanding customers.
